Quality Check Mapping

Just as DQC maps dispositions to compare across the industry, failures are mapped as well to ensure both internal and external consistency and allow for evaluation across projects, teams, and the industry as a whole.

Decipher Responses

The Quality Failures we accept fall into the following categories:

For a full list of checks see the quality check and failures page

Outside Survey Quality Checks (OSQs)

Outside Survey Quality Checks are quality checks run by third party quality tool providers to ensure respondents are non-fraudulent. These checks could be run by DQC as well as other external providers.

Duplication Checks

Duplication checks are run by third party quality tool providers to ensure respondents are unique within the survey. These checks could be ran by DQC as well as other external providers.

Automated In-Survey Quality Checks (Automated ISQs)

Automated In-Survey Quality checks are built into the survey itself to determine if respondents are non-fraudulent as well as attentive. These quality checks are determined automatically in the survey environment.

Manual In-Survey Quality Checks (Manual ISQs)

Manual In-Survey Quality checks are built into the survey itself to determine if respondents are non-fraudulent as well as attentive. These quality checks are evaluated by hand after the survey is completed. Some automated and manual ISQ checks overlap, the distinction being manual checks are determined by hand to be of low-quality.
